4th and 5th grade Girl Scouts.
We are a troop of 4th graders from Gray’s Woods Elementary School but are of course open to anyone joining us! We love working towards badges, like outdoor activities, crafts, and all things Girl Scouts. We hope to complete all 3 Junior Journeys and to start working on our Bronze Award. Our Troop consists primarily of 7th grade girls from Park Forest Middle School, Mount Nittany Middle School, and Delta Middle School. We typically meet for 90 minutes one or twice a month outside at Circleville Park (due to Covid)m and then virtually during the winter months.
Our Troop currently has 8 Cadettes.
We are a mixed level troop based in Lemont. All of our girls attend Spring Creek Elementary.
Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA Troop 40170 is a multi level troop serving K-7th grade girls from several different schools. At Girl Scouts, your girl will prepare for a lifetime of leadership, success, and adventure in a safe, no-limits place designed for and by girls!
GSHPA Troop 40170 crafts our activities around the interests of our girl members and strives to expose our girls to a variety of experiences from planting pollinator gardens in our local parks to hiking up a mountain. We have a strong outdoor skills focus, but also love STEAM.
